TLILIC0003 - Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck
This course is for those who require a High Risk Work Licence for forklift (LF class) issued from WorkSafe WA.
It is delivered by highly experienced trainers, using face-to-face delivery techniques. It includes a combination of questionnaires, discussions and practical exercises. The course is interactive and focuses on practical skills and knowledge.
Course outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course and being deemed competent in all assessments, you will be issued with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0003 - Licence to operate a forklift truck.
You will also be issued with a Notice of Assessment (NOA). This is your interim licence from WorkSafe WA which will be valid for 60 days. Transport Industry Training Solutions will lodge your licence application to WorkSafe WA for them to issue your high risk licence. Worksafe WA will send you emails once this process has been initiated and post your high risk licence to your address, there is currently up to a 60 day application length.

This course is designed for forklift drivers with little/no experience in operating.
This course involves FULL EDAS training methods.

Candidates will be encouraged to spend as much time as they like practicing with the Forklift at their own pace to gain confidence and obtain competency.
Forklift VOC
Employers and Workplaces have a duty of care to provide a safe workplace.
Ensuring your operators maintain safe driving habits and operational skills is essential and this course is a great opportunity to refresh skills, assess competence for new hires or provide a risk management strategy following a near miss or incident.
VOCs are conducted under the same conditions and comprehensive assessment requirements as a license, by a licensed Worksafe Assessor.
